We thoroughly enjoy Coarsegold's wildlife -- everything from the frog in our dog's water dish to the bobcat lounging in our backyard last fall. Deer, quail, wood ducks, alligator lizards, coyotes, and gray foxes ... we've probably got more critters per acre in Coarsegold than Yosemite National Park. The array of spring wildflowers is truly amazing. Click an image for more Coarsegold nature. And do send us an e-mail to report your sightings or share local wildlife photos (digital images preferred, but we have a scanner). Click here to see a photograph of a "big kitty" and a fox.
